She was using it just like I used it at night. You know, I put it on my back because it just feels good and it’s nice and warm. All of a sudden she was using the other way. I go why are you doing that? because I didn’t know what this was going on. My understanding Liz, is that quite often with when you’re having your menstrual period that you might use a hot pack.

Mhm. Or Hot water bottle. -Never tried that. -Never tried that But it’s not uncommon to use a hot pack. -Yeah. -Or a heating pad or something like that. Infrared actually penetrates much deeper. I didn’t bring the ruler over. -Oh Bob. That was really nice before. It’s on the floor. -That’s a good visual so you can understand the difference of infrared heat versus convection heat.

So regular heat. Ff you want to hold that. Regular heat is on this side. The red mark. -The little red mark, it only penetrates a very little bit like a millimeter or so. -Skin deep. The thermotex actually penetrates two point what brad? -Two point three six.

She was using it just like I used it at night. You know, I put it on my back because it just feels good and it’s nice and warm. All of a sudden she was using the other way. Two point three six inches. That’s the distance here. You can tell that’s gonna help get to that muscle tissue. So yeah, if we stick this in and went in through the skin. -Oh Bob!

Why Bob! You could see it would do a better job on the cramping. Now, I can always say that it worked for my daughter. So then I called up the company.

Have you guys had any experience with this and they said they did not do any studies, but they’ve been hearing stories. Here and there. Over and over again. One of the ladies that actually works for the company, she’s got celiacs disease. Well, you’re intolerant to gluten also, and she uses it for that all the time because she gets the bloating.

But she said she used it for when she had her menstrual cycle. She said she’d put it on right away when it starts. She put on for an hour and then she’d have no more cramping. Okay. So again, this is just one person, you know, we can’t say that, you know, it’s actually gonna work for everybody.

She said one of the other thing she’s received a lot of testimonials is that people who have irritable bowel syndrome. That they find out that it helps them and it works out well for them. Also. -Why don’t you stand up Liz? So what’s nice about this is the thermotex comes with what a 6 foot cord Brad?

Yep, actually with the with the tail, it’s even longer than that. -Yeah, and it comes with straps. So you can just wrap it in place and what’s nice about it is you can actually work with it. The cord gives you a lot of room and then if you have to go go walk someplace, you could unplug it here. And you can walk around and just keep it in place right a little bit. It’ll still stay warm.

How does that feel Liz? Does it feel alright? -Yeah pretty comfortable. What’s nice about the straps – we’ve shown us on other videos. If you decide you want to get a thermo text you can also use it for your back.

But there’s straps that actually will hold it on your upper back and pull your shoulders back to keep you in good posture. We’ve done a lot of videos on it because it is a favorite of ours. I’ve been using it with a lot of patients now. But you can get all shoulder, elbow, hands, knee. Yeah.

It’s real versatile. There’s some precautions Bob that we do want to make sure. -Yeah. If you’re pregnant, you certainly don’t want to be putting this over the abdomen and with cancer.

And they may have some other contraindications. You have to look on their website. Thermotex. And if you use our link, you’ll get a good percentage off. I always never remember how much it is off.

But it’s it’s a good percentage. -Right plus you get free shipping. So there’s a couple good perks there. -All right. I’m sure you’d never believe that we were gonna do this topic. But I hopefully we did it successfully. -Yes Yeah, and any of the viewers that have used these let us know in the comments if you have used these techniques.

Give us your testimonial if you already have one of these and have you used it for that. -Sure. All right. -Thank you very much!
